Turkey Pot Pie Gluten Free

1. Precooked turkey or a roasted chicken – shredded or cut into cubes. Enough to fit in the pie. I like some white and some dark meat.
2. 1 can GF cream of chicken soup. I buy mine at Whole Foods.
3. 1 can of drained green peas or any veg’s you want to add.
4. 1 tsp of GF Poultry Seasoning.
5. 1/2 tsp. of sea salt.
6. 1/4 tsp. of pepper.
7. 1 pkg. of Whole Foods Frozen GF Pie Crust. It comes with 2 crusts. So that is how I got the bottom and top crust.

ASSEMBLY
In a bowl add all ingredients except the pie crust and stir together.
Add into the first pie crust then turn the second pie crust over on top of the pot pie and press down the edges.
Put on a baking sheet and put in a 350 * oven for 45 min or till the crust is golden. SO GREAT!
